The boarding house is open all year, both on a bed an breakfast arrangement and with the possibility of dining.
The restaurant is active only during the weekends and only whith prior booking.

On the outside an ample courtyard, which borders a parking lot, completely isolates the area from access to the road. On the other side there is a lawn which includes a playground for small children and a solarium around the swimming pool. The background is beautifully framed by the Berici and Euganei hills, and on a clear day in the distance it is possible to see
the Dolomites.
